I am truly honored to invite you to my 'Nwèl la bèl’ dinner experience. This theme is inspired by the song "Kreyololo" written by Chantal Drice who sang her ever-so-famous line “Kreyòl la bèl”. This song is tied to many innocent and joyful childhood memories I hope can be conveyed in each bite.

Kreyòl is beautiful. Ayiti is beautiful. Our memories are beautiful and this beautiful Christmas always brings us back home, is beautiful.

This Makaya is an intimate Haitian Christmas dinner celebrating the essence of home and the memories it enclosed. Join me for an evening filled with authentic flavors, cherished traditions, and heartfelt stories as we reminisce on what this season meant to us growing up. All in the essence of our dear Kreyòl island.

Our menu features baba-au-rhum, endless kremas, Nwèl jambon and more. One thing that definitely won’t be missing is the soul of our heritage on our table.

Expect Christmas surprises that will make the night even more special.

I look forward to sharing this unforgettable holiday with you.

Yours truly,

Nathalie JB

Meni nou an gen baba-ak-rhum, kremas kap koule san kanpe, ak jambon nwél.

Youn nan bagay ki definitivman pap manke sou tab nou, se nanm nou ak eritaj nou!

Nwit nou gen pou li espesyal.
